1Definitions & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jw8bd platform and its services. The meaning of some key terms used here is clarified below:

• "Platform" refers to the jw8bd website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the digital account that holds a user's personal profile and balance.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is completely prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to keep your name, contact details, and payment-related information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jw8bd may request identity verification at any time. As part of this process, a national identity card, passport, or other official documents may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party.

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, please inform our support team immediately. jw8bd will never ask for your login details directly — any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted at jw8bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification (KYC) must be fully completed before making a withdrawal request. If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met. jw8bd may request additional verification for any withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a 20x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposited funds. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. If jw8bd suspects bonus abuse, it may review the account and cancel the bonus. A bonus is for individual use only; claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted unless clearly stated in the offer.

6Gaming Rules

All games on jw8bd are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested.

• A game result may be voided due to a technical error, and any staked amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost, any game in progress is saved securely and the result will be displayed once you reconnect.
• Attempting to manipulate games or exploit software errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• For sports betting, all bets depend on the final result; special rules apply in the event of fixture changes or cancellations.

jw8bd reserves the right to review any bet or game result, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns or technical issues.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the jw8bd platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Using hacking, malware, bots, or automated software.
• Transacting using third-party payment methods or false identities.
• Harassing, defrauding, or attempting to harm other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or find vulnerabilities.
• Misusing chargebacks or payment disputes.

8Responsible Gaming

jw8bd believes that gaming is an entertainment activity — it is not a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

10Limitation of Liability

11Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by jw8bd

jw8bd may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit required documents.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets or transactions must be settled before the account is closed, and any eligible balance will be returned.

12Changes & Contact

jw8bd may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email or via the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
